These terms apply to feltPro and its browser-based spreadsheet tools, including the Monzo CSV to Xero Converter, VAT Threshold Risk Checker, and MTD Spreadsheet Review Tool. By using the site, you agree to use the tools responsibly and check any output before relying on it.
Independent Tool
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Monzo, Starling, Xero, HMRC, or GOV.UK. Their names are used only to describe compatible exports, destination formats, or official guidance sources.
No Professional Advice
The tools format spreadsheet data or produce simple estimates only. They do not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, financial, investment, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for checking any output before importing it into accounting software or using it for records, reporting, registration decisions, or other business decisions.
VAT Checker Scope
The VAT Threshold Risk Checker compares positive bank transactions in the uploaded spreadsheet with the VAT registration threshold used by the tool. It does not calculate VAT taxable turnover, exempt sales, out-of-scope income, reverse charge amounts, multiple bank accounts, historical thresholds, voluntary registration, or other VAT rules. Check GOV.UK and speak to a qualified adviser before making VAT registration decisions.
MTD Spreadsheet Review Tool Scope
The MTD Spreadsheet Review Tool prepares an export-only review summary from an uploaded Excel or CSV spreadsheet. It is not Making Tax Digital compatible software. It does not submit to HMRC, authorise with HMRC, create or preserve digital records, maintain digital links, calculate HMRC income and expense categories, produce a statutory return, determine whether you must use Making Tax Digital, or replace compatible Making Tax Digital software. Check GOV.UK and speak to a qualified adviser before making tax filing decisions.
Converter Scope
The Monzo CSV to Xero Converter is intended for UK Monzo CSV exports and GBP Xero bank statement CSV imports. It does not perform currency conversion, exchange-rate handling, tax categorisation, or bookkeeping classification.
Your Responsibilities
You should keep a copy of your original export, review the converted file, and use Xero's demo company or other safe test process before importing into real accounts. Do not use the output if anything looks wrong.
Availability And Accuracy
The tools are provided as-is. CSV formats, tax rules, and thresholds can change, and no guarantee is made that every file will convert correctly, import successfully, or produce a complete or accurate estimate.
Third-Party Rights
Monzo, Starling, Xero, HMRC, and GOV.UK names and marks belong to their respective owners. This site does not use their logos and does not claim partner, certification, government, or app-store status.
